Launching the Mid Maine Time Bank

On June 8, 2008, more than 50 people braved 100 degree heat to gather at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Fairfield to become founding members of the Mid Maine Time Bank.

A strong leadership team worked with newly-hired MMTB Coordinator Joe Rowden to teach the new members about the values, mission, and nuts and bolts of time banking through presentations, testimonies, skits and interactive activities.
